@SpruceTaco If i go with the Maxtrac 4" kit and crank the adjustable 5100's in the front to 1.75, and add the 1/4" plate spacer on both sides that will give me a total of 6" up front?

I guess i am getting new wheels as well. Pro Comp Steel wheels, 16x8" 6/5.5". These have 4.25" backspacing. Maxtrac kit says 4.75 or LESS. Am i good without wheel spacers? If not, what size would i need with these front and back to even out? Also says 17" wheel minimum but i think i can get away with the 16"s still.

Also wondering about that @HuntTaco I figure why get the spacers if the backspace on new wheels is less than what it requires. I also wonder if needing 17inch wheels is due to clearing the spindles?

4" Maxtrac Spindles, Dakars and extra leaf, SOS Concepts bed rack, Lund tonneau cover, RTT,
4.75" applies to 17" rims, if your 16s will be 4.25BS you should be ok. I ran stock 16s with 1.25" spacers so that equals 4.25" that you say your new rims will have.

It's all about clearing the spindles, and not knocking off any balancing weights.

Do you guys think it's worth to save up some moola to switch out the struts/shocks with fox/icon/ads/king rather than the 5100's?

I can't comment personally from experience but I sure do think that the extra money spent would be worth it.

Yeah it's a huge price jump:( Tthe cheaper option that I was thinking about was just keeping the stock sport billies up front and then get the extended 5100's in the back, that's similar to yours right? @ChadsPride
