    We usually get ours fresh and do all the work our self for the rotisserie. There is one shop that we use for smoking. Once I head over to my parents I let you know the shop we use. Pretty good meat from them.

    The gauge, that's why i asked. Co2 has no need for a regulator with gauges. It will always read full, until its not.

    Sense some people are on the topic of co2...

    Two days ago I picked up a 8.4" rear end with 488s and a rear arb locker.

    Curious to see people's thoughts on this co2 switch setup opposed to the arb compressor setup. With a paintball co2 bottle it states it can actuate the locker over 1000 times
