It says this in the description: " main fabric besides the stretch panels is a tough 65% poly/35% cotton Rip-Stop fabric", so I'm guessing shrinkage would be less than 100% cotton or denim, but I make laundry, not do it!:D My wife took a textiles class for her degree a few years ago, I'll ask her when I see her.

maybe, i just have about 300 peices of 270 and 30-06 and neither gets shot enough for all of that brass so i was thinking of looking for a 25-06 to play with and size out of those extra cases

If I'm reading the description of the pants correctly, they are rip stop with stretch fabric where you need it (crotch gusset and below the belt loops in the back). That in mind, I don't think they'd stretch much. I wear 5.11 apex pants for work and they have a similar design/fabric makeup but at $80 a pair vs $40, I might swing by this weekend and pick up one of these. I'll let you know what I find. One review online said that they are sized a little on the small side, but the stretch made up for it. If you're going to conceal carry, that might be an issue.
One of my biggest gripes with tactical pants is how baggy they are. I've gone through a bunch of different styles from different vendors and so far the most comfortable for me have been the Apex. At 6'1" and about 180, I'm lean and long and don't have trunks for legs so baggy pants look really exaggerated on me. If I'm loaded out, it's worse because shit is just flopping around especially in the cargo pockets when I have to move fast.
If these are as good as they seem on the surface, I'll forward you my review. One of the biggest complaints people have had against LAPG clothing is the low quality zippers. "You get what you pay for" is often stated in a lot of their reviews. They break under stress easily, but one reviewer said they were upgraded on these pants. We'll see.

I'd recommend the Apex from 5.11. Pricey, but worth it. A little on the subdued side so they don't scream "tactical". I'll hit you back when I try these.

This is going to sound a little homo, but fuck it- we're already talking about fashion in a firearm thread.
Whenever you want to see how baggy tactical pants are and the website shows you an actual human wearing them, take a look at his butt. If the pants are loose, you won't be able to see the contour of his rump. If they're more fitted, you should see more um... shape. A lot of tactical companies try to do us a favor by adding more room/fabric in the crotch for "freedom of movement", but really all it does is make you feel like you're sagging your pant all day. Just something I've learned form online clothes shopping.

OK. Thanks. I will see where that puts me with the Hornady ELD-M 108gr. I have a Sako .243 already and want one specifically for long range if I get another. I see the twist rate listed on the website is 10in, so that wouldn't do anyway. Thanks for the info. I won't decide until early next year, so I've got some time. Maybe by then there will be a few more choices.
