    Jeez someone bought a second gen with a side order of grumpy pants...I can see where a drop bracket would do that to an otherwise soft spoken mild mannered young man so I forgive you.

    In all seriousness though yes trust me I know how many uneducated people are afflicted by shackle flippitis ...I've been arguing that shit for years. While all the cool kids were flipping their shackles I was over her like I'm gonna' be stupid and order a custom leaf pack, build some shock hoops and axle tabs and properly locate the correct sized shock for the leaf pack... I tend to get stubborn and stupid like that.

    For my single piece should I treat it like that rear section and get them to cancel out, or follow the steps for the pinion and xfer flange?

    double carden, so it looks like that angle it what it is and I'm just looking for the diff angle. I'm getting bad vibes at 65mph, I had my shaft re balanced after dragging it on some rocks and it's better than my drive home from Tahoe but it's still pretty bad.

    Then you want your pinion to point directly at you output flange of the xfer case. With double carden I point the pinion flange an additional 2* down from strait line to combat axle wrap.

    I get no noticeable axle wrap so that's nice, out of curiosity I'm going to measure that rear working angle. I'm mostly trying to eliminate those bad vibes, it's like inviting Billy to your kids birthday party, bad vibes man.

    It looks like in this photo the forward side of your limit strap mount is welded directly to the side of the shock tower....is that whats going on? There isn't shit for space to work with in there and not have interference with the UCA/brake line/getting a MIG gun in the there........

    And yes I'm holding it upside down in the photos

    Ah damn man is this the final touches of an LT install? I got my limit strap mounts welded towards the top of the frame next to the coil buckets. I ended up welding all the inside and the tops and bottoms of the tight side. The other side is completely welded up, which I hope will be enough.

    Yeah, +2. CV set is done, still need to build up a spare. I put on the extended brake lines a couple weeks ago but damaged one when I sheared a spindle, waiting on a new set to arrive.

    Not bad man, might be worth it to get some new cam bolts if you havnt already done so. I ended up replacing all mine as my stock ones were all good, but rusted AF. Those zerk fittings can get annoying too. You rolling with kings for it?
