So I'm currently getting an alignment done and they just told me that the bolt that adjusts my castor just spins and can't be adjusted. Has anyone ever had this happen?

Er, yes and no. The headers have a port for your bank 1 a/f sensor, but I don't know how your downstream o2 sensor will react to just one cat. I put a urd o2 simulator inline with that one a long time ago with no codes since.
Also, the headers didn't quite make it back far enough to meet up with the pipe the downstream cat is in, I had to make a 6" section with flanges on it to bridge the gap. Pretty easy though.
It sounds like @QMEDJoe had a slightly different way of getting everything to line up.

He bought the corrected y pipe. There was a discussion in my build about the whole TRD headers ordeal and how there was 3 different styles made.

I'll have to take a look at that build thread. Didn't realize there were three different styles, I did know about the shorter Y pipe for our years but based on QMEDJoe's YouTube video it looks like that pipe still has a two bolt flange instead of the three bolt flange needed to connect on the 2003.

Yeah there was never a 3 bolt flanged TRD header for whatever reason. It's a simple fix for a welder or fabricator.

Lots of dust and custom dents, Check Build
Not that easy because the sleeve is most likely rusted to the bushing.

    valid point..

Cut em off on the end and press them out and do white line bushings is probably about the only way to fix it.

or find some used LCAs and get new bolts.

This doesnt make sense to me. The bolt is supposed to spin. You have to loosen it so the adjuster spins. The front mount you can see the bolt. The rear mount you can see the alignment cam. If the cam is spinning (the part that does the adjusting) then it has to be adjusting. If it was frozen I could see new cams but if its really spinning the cam and not adjusting then you have an issue with the cam tabs, not the cam. But I might be wrong or the way the tech is explaining it is weird

Replaced stock radio with a Pioneer AVH series head unit. Focal component system w/a 10" sub powered by 2 Alpine amps. Weathertech floor mats. Line-X'd the bed. SCS Ray 10’s, Installed an A.R.E. I ended up finding the y-pipe that corresponds to the 99-2004's but strangely enough some slight modifications to the cat had to be done.(it wasn't straight bolt on as stated) I also had a three bolt flange on the cat and had my exhaust guy weld a 2 bolt flange on.

I've only read on here that 3 of the 4 bolts line up. I got lucky with finding a pair of Limited seats. I know a guy in Dallas that Had a grey pair, not sure if he still has them?
