Is there some kind of clear coat that can be applied to the spindles to prevent rusting? Would like to do this before installing.

I cleaned and dried mine really good then applied a few coats of jet black Rustoleum.

They show zero signs of wear and tear.

Lift, wheels, tires, floor liners, tonneau cover, and bed rug.
I'm actually running the 4" Maxtrac lift as well. The Barcelona red Tacoma that someone posted earlier is actually our company Tacoma. We were the first to work on the 3rd gen Maxtrac suspensions. That Tacoma had the 6.5" kit. I personally love mine. It gave me the desired ride height without going too over the top. The wheels I chose fell just a little to far in so I do have spacers but everything is working great.

Maxtrac spindles, 2" strut spacer, 4" rear block, Bilstein 5100's, RCD extended rears, Moto Metal 970's 20X10 fitted with 305/55/20 Nitto Terra Grappler G2
No issues with the control arms. The alignment came into spec with adjustment to spare.

4" in the rear isn't enough to get level so I will be doing a AAL. Probably order next week from Headstrong.

The ride is better than stock with the 5100 Bilstein fronts and the RCD extended Bilstein rears.

That's awesome man, I'll keep this in mind when I upgrade to bigger wheels/tires. I decided to stick with the 4" spindle since I just got 285/70/17's and they'd look too small for that size lift. But I will keep this in mind!

alrighty gentlemen, made a shopping list via headstrong and would like the pros to have a quick check before it gets the green light, keep in mind I am already running Bilstein 6112s and Camburg UCAs up front. Let me know if I'm missing anything! And I plan on keeping my Hankook ATM RF10s 265/70/17s on.....will also be having the 6112s set to 0.

@LocoMocoSD that looks good man just like my setup I just ordered on Friday. Don't buy directly off the site because that totals to more than what they will quote you if you call. Give Marie a call/PM and ask for those items and she'll give you a better quote than what the site will. I did the same and her quote was cheaper.

Finally did the 4in spindles. Love the quality but rubbed bad on my air dam so I had to remove it. Not sure how I feel with it being gone

That looks damn good!!! That air damn probably would have created even more drag now that you are lifted.

Here's mine with 4" spindles, Bilstein Adjustable struts (set at 0), OME Dakar Leeds pack, Bilstein ext. rear shocks. Just need new tires and wider wheels

Ah we got the same size tire lol I have the stock wheels though so they look skinnier and I had 1.25 spacers also but took the front ones off and left the rear. I don't have any rub. The only time I did was on the dust pan, we forgot to disgard it after taking the oem spindles off /.- but other than that no issues.

@Slumerican what size wheels do you have? I'm looking to get a whole new set or just get 17x10 Fuel Mavs and keep my tires to give it a little more of a wider stance look.

So with taking off the front spacers and leaving the back on it makes it look pretty even? And mine are 17x9 fuel vapors. Didn't have any off set really and I felt that the 1.25" spacers made it look perfect
