    Asphalt guys do that all the time. Good for us and it saves them from what ever they do with the left over. You probably could've talked him down lower. I had mine done 16 years ago for $600 down from $800. I told him that I wasn't planning on it and that was all I had:rolleyes: Same thing as you. They did a driveway down the street and had some left over. New asphalt sure melts the snow off in a hurrry:thumbsup:

    Hi! so I love your gas strut window. I am trying to do the same thing here in Manhattan beach. There are tons of folks who do this in Australia (very popular) but far fewer here. Can I ask you a few quick questions? Did you just order a standard awning window? Did you buy it with weather proofing / guard on the bottom or add something? I think I can find the hardware for hanging online but if you have any recommendations, that would be great. I love what you did here - very impressive work. Thank you, Erin in MB

    Yeah, the stealership loaned me a Tundra when I got my frame inspected, nice truck, to large for city driving IMO, but creature comforts abound. Solstice is a car my wife and I both wanted for fun. Nice car for a GM!
