285/75/16 on stock OR rims with a 3/2 leveling kit. It only rubbed at full lock. I added 1.25" wheel spacers and now there is no rubbing ever.

I need to remeasure since everything shouldve settled by now. Im guessing about 2.5". I did the 2nd Gen 5100 with OME 887 coils, and the Deaver AAL. I like the height. Not to tall. It will look better once I get some different tires. I can't justify buying new ones yet. Billy from BruteForce is building my bed cage. Should almost be done. I'll add to my

Have you done the UCA? I was told for alignment, tire wear and ride quality that I should get them as well.

After 2 months of driving, I'm sitting 2" taller with the 2nd Gen Bilsteins 5100 with 887 coils. 23" in the front, and 23.5" in the rear. Stock height on mine was 21 front, 22 on the rear. Tire alignment was fine, no need for the UCA's.

Thanks for the info. I'm pricing everything thing out and it's not too bad. My next dilema is tire size/brand. I'm keeping my stock wheels but I don't know if I should go with 265/70/17 or 275/70/17. I don't want it to look like a huge balloon tire filling out the wheel well. It needs to look proportionate.

265! Tons of options in that size! Very common truck tire size so lots of manufacturers make that.

Really hope you the best with those Treadwright recaps/remolded you are running. I have had 2 sets of them on our farm truck that never gets driven on the road. Five out of the eight of them had total tread separations within about 8 months. No more of them for me just my $0.02.

    Thanks!

And yeah, there is, all on the bottom edge of the fender liner attached to the front bumper at full compression and full lock. Not horrible, not everyday, but its there.

Do you remember at what setting you or the shop set the 5100's shocks at? Also with the stock wheel set up you currently have are the wheels/tires tucked up in the wheel wells or are you running spacers all the way around? Differential drop kit?

Sorry for the million q's. Thx again.

I have had the same experience with treadwight guard dogs. All 4 of them separated at the treads at 10k miles.
This is what I would do. Treadwight's suck, and although I've never run spacers, I'm not a fan.
