You see, you like, you order, wallet keeps getting lighter, truck keeps getting heavier! No problem, I think we're all in that same boat here, so you are in good company!

I love the red knobs. Special ordered them from hondo. Way back in his post he said he could annodize colors besides black. Blue and red I believe. I had to wait longer than everyone else, but well worth it being the first with red. Matches the pro interior nicely too.

Was it as hard as everyone says? I did like 5 sets of second gen ones and even some 4Runner ones. Easy?

It does say gen 2 when you order it. Someone else on here figured out that it would work after the first guy broke his windshield trying to install it. You basically have to unscrew the mirror and take off the plastic sheath for the wiring. Remove the mirror and slide the riser on from the top. You can either pull back the headliner or press the riser deep into it to get the room you need to put it on. Then slide the mirror back on. Don't get too crazy tightening everything. I zip tied the wire back on to the neck. All the functions work normally. I've struggled getting it to tilt high enough to see, but by pressing the headliner up I get enough room to tilt it high enough. It's a nice clear view without the mirror hanging as low as it did.

Sorry, I just noticed your question. Not sure if I answered it before but no I did not. Still stock UCA's for now. Had no issues getting her aligned.

Interior Grey trim--> Red in progress. Exterior Chrome--> Black/Red/Gone in progress.
Painted my grille badge with some duplicolor paint, came out a little dark but I'm hoping the clear coat will tone it down by a shade.

Also made some progress on dipping my interior trim red to go with the red/black interior. Just have front window panel trim, crnter console, and maybe steering wheel left to do.

According to the dipyourcar guys, once it's fully cured you can wash it like normal. They have a couple videos on here where they wash with a pressure washer, a car wash, and a mitt. https://m.youtube.com/user/DipYourCarcom

AutoAnything.com for exhaust. It's the XP stainless series.

First time user of chemical guys! I've heard good things about them.
