Serious question (from the guy drinking whiskey)...

What would happen if you combined a long travel kit with a 6" drop bracket?

Few of us have that lift now. I've had mine since July and love them. They're amazing off-road

They come pre-spec'd for 3" lift, front bumper with winch and rear bumper. It's super easy to adjust the compression and rebound

Just wanted to recommend Clark's wheel and alignment in Kirkland. I've used them in the past, but started going to Firestone in Renton because I didn't want to get stuck in traffic each time I went.

The techs worked with me and they understood exactly what I wanted them to do. Max out the caster on the stock lower cams and only adjust camber on the SPC ucas. An hour later I left with no more tire rubby with my new wheel/tire setup. Happy camper now.

UCA set to "E" +1.0 position
    Caster L/R: 3.3/3.2
    Camber L/R: 0.0/0.0
    Toe L/R: 0.03/0.04

Doing great but they haven't had enough exercise. Still looking at getting that front bar off. Turned out I had better things to do last week.

    Are floor mats a mod?
You would have about the same ground clearance as you do now? And be about $15k poorer.

If you're for serious, let me know. I met with two guys today that want to buy it: One needs to convince his wife, the other needs to convince his wife AND his son (who would be getting it). The guy that needs to convince his wife/son showed up in a BEAUTIFUL yellow Macan GTS. He didn't want to trade.

I'd be very surprised if I have it much longer.

Another member of this thread pm'd me about it too... You've got competition on the boards =p

4"+6"=10"of lift... I could go 38.5" tires. Which would be 8" of clearance over what I have now. It's all about clearing taller tires. It would give more ground clearance than a sas with the same tires.

If you gain 8" in tire size, you only gain 4" in clearance of the differentials.

Since Brian seems to have his truck built up nicely, let's have him test this on his truck.

What do you think @northwesttaco ?

Cv's wouldn't be moved inward because the hub is still 2" extended out from stock, so the cv's still have to extend out the same difference

Please tell me you are just drunk and am not actually thinking about doing this. So many things wrong with this

You'd have to pay me what I've put into my truck to ruin it with adding a DB lift to the long travel
