Gearing up for the Batman Movie.

My niece spent all day playing with Legos....mine and my sister's when we were growing up (given to her for Christmas).



I need to get back into this...

Also my 4yo recently got this cabin...

It's really sweet. As you can see it opens up. And the little details are awesome. A desk with paper and pen. A stove with eggs cooking in a pan. The stove is legit attached to the chimney and a bed. Also comes with a moose!

I also recently picked up a Bigfoot mini figure to add to it. Bigfoot is holding a camera which is pretty funny.

 

Down time build. Sliders, RTT, dual swing out rear bumper, light bar.

 

...interchanged with open RTT, family & camp added by the kids.

I watched the Lego Batman movie last night. I thought it was really quite good. I'm will need to watch the movie several more times to get all the Easter eggs. I recommend going and taking the kids to it. Immediately after the show, drive to the neared toy store and pick up the sets from the movie. Your children will thank you. If you don't have children, you can just pat yourself on the back for being awesome.

 

We all saw it this evening. Hilarious!

So my friend just found this extra 2011 Adevent calender, and was gracious enough to think of me! It's missing the first day but other than that is complete. Stoked!!

I haven't decided if I am going to build all of it. Right now the Santa Yoda is going for about $15 on bricklink. I may hold onto him for a while. The rest of the stuff I will probably build.

 

We've got one of those - my son loves it. It's in with all the Christmas stuff & we set them up for the Holidays.

 

I would like to get a Lego Christmas village up and going! I might need to start shopping for some used sets

 

VIP members have early access to the new line of Lego Brickheadz. I think they are unique looking and at $9.99 worth at least worth a gander. I ordered a few of them and I'll post them once they are in.
