    I just spoke with them because I noticed that I lost some channels and I was considering adding a second box and a DVR. They weren't very helpful at all. Also, my bill went up about $50 a month and they can't explain why. I wish I had more time to deal with them but every time I get a chance to call my phone starts blowing up with work/family. Thinking of trying the online chat.
