That's awesome. I would look into doing a tankless heater. Don't want a old ass heater to leak and come into a swimming pool kitchen

 

My daughter is in School now, to be a broke ass counselor for Substance abuse personnel. She interns at one in Cary a few days a week.

How expensive would it be to get a leveling kit installed? Or how easy is it to do it yourself?
