Yep going to have to go there soon. Not even wheeling it hard yet and alignment numbers are fucking hard to get too because those ears are bending already

Yeah, they're pretty weak from the factory. Proactively doing them is the way to go. Ask me how I know :anonymous: :D

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
did you put a liner back in after cutting the fenders or just leave it open?

I intended to which is why I left tabs on the fenders that I tucked up and out of the way but have never gotten around to it. Maybe one day when I get caught up on the mule build.

I'm going to use heat malleable ABS when I do.

ah, ok. I just messed with mine last night. Was hoping you found a better way. I didn't think to leave tabs when cutting but I still reused stock liner. Passenger side is ok but I don't like how driver turned out. Drilled some holes near fender opening and cut the stock liner to fit, then ziptied to the drilled holes. Flares hide the zipties.

Well I said I wouldn't do it again but here I am. Didn't get the Mule done in time, still need to move the front axle forward for the 37s, so the tacoma is going for another spin on the Rubicon next week. Conditions are supposed to be some of the shittiest in a long time due to the snow pack from last season and everything that comes along with that. Pair that with some almost bald MTRs and I think I have my work cut out for me. I did learn my lesson last trip; take your time, study your lines, and winch when needed. Prepping my goodies box this week with another set of tie rods and I might pick up another CV. Pretty excited, it's been a little bit since I've wheeled the truck hard.

Was a blast on 33's when I did it last year. Wish I could see the trail after all this snow melt!
