Is it normal for the outer edge of the lens to be covered by the shroud?

    For you retrofit gurus:
Is there a shroud that will just fit on the D2S 4.0 projectors?
I'm looking at the D2S Stage III kit and had my eye on the gatling gun 2.0 shrouds. TRS said they will fit but I neglected to ask if they require trimming to get them to fit. From what I can see on their site it appears as though they will need to be opened up a bit. Will they need trimming or just slip over and fit like a glove?

^ I thought the panamera shrouds would fit like a glove. They fit more like an OJ Simpson glove...

Don't slip at all will have to trim inside the shroud for it to fit. Apollo 3.0 pops right on

That's so strange, I called TRS asking about the appolo 3.0, he told me the Apollo 3.0 would work but the Gatling 2.0 is a better fit. Apollo 3.0 pops right on, I will go that route. Thank you!

The Gatling gun 2.0 you have to trim inside for it to fit over D2s. If you want Gatling gun 2.0 I can order them for you, trim them and send them to you

Yea. I never really thought about it either. I'm doing all my trimming and test fitting before I paint though. Worried about scratches.

What are the different ways to wire in the "eyes"?

    Usually wired into driving lights?

Now my headlight fuse blows every time I even turn the headlights on. All polarity is right and grounded. Anyone have an idea?

The same shit everyone else has.
Email TRS or IM andrews or one of the other employees. Their customer service is top notch if you contact them correctly.

HOw do you want to wire them? To the parking lights? The foglights? Independently to a switch? Details help when asking such a vague question....

sorry about the vague question, I guess I'm just looking for the easiest option, which sounds like it would be the parking lights?
