    Why would Toyota not?

    Why would would the original Top Gear display a beat to shit old Hilux in their studio out of the 1000's of amazing cars they've drive?

    It's done something to earn their respect and is something to marvel at.

    Installed Overhead Compass and Temperature Display along with outside temperature sensor and wiring; LED lights reverse backup; LED license plate lights; Added GTA Bluetooth Audio kit to stock radio for iphone audio; Spare tire steel braided air hose extension connection to rear bumper; Installed new headlights along with new bulbs PIAA H4 XTreme and for fog lights PIAA H10 XTreme bulbs. Installed new hood with "hood-scoop". Installed Predator Side Steps. Replaced front chrome grill with customized color matched (Desert Sand Mica) grill with added TOYOTA lettering (also in matched color), installed and secured tailgate anti-theft devices. Also installed a new external TPMS monitor for all 4 tires.

    Damn!....that's like almost double the mileage that I currently have on my 08 Tacoma!

    Pretty much stock right now
    The local dealer here had a green '90s era 2wd regular cab Tacoma in the showroom for a while, but it was a mere baby in comparison with only 600+k on the ODO. Was in very good shape though.

    My AC went out at 450,000 miles.
    I went to the dealer when I hit 500,000 miles and they could have cared less and my truck looks like it has 95,000 miles on it.

    yeah, I'm guessing this.
    He's very responsive via email but I think he's on the road doing the million mile thing. He's looking for help fixing his body damage, I have no connections... merely reached out to him via email since he doesn't respond here.

    I'm guessing he needs to write to Toyota instead of this forum. A million miles might mean more to him than this forum.
