I need some new speakers. Guess what jumping trucks kills speakers, lol. I'll look for those in 6.5" or 6.75" Just gotta check depth. 1st gens have narrow cabs. I need a bit cleaner sound cuz the cage is pretty loud.

They are dirty. I cleaned them off when I caged the truck, but they are just old and wearing out. You should feel my motor mount. Holy race truck. Rolling vibrator now.

Yeah they float but you screw them in with the speaker. Depth can be an issue.

I know money is tight but if you can swing a new headunit... Worth it for the Bluetooth and rearview camera capabilities.

Cheaper than ^ but better than what she currently has

Blaupunkt makes good stuff. They used to be great back in the day.

With the softopper I cant imagine going back to no rearview camera. Saved me many a times

The mileage is a little high, but these things go forever. You could use that in your favor to work him to the 17k maybe even 16k range. Cash talks.
Truck overall looks very clean and what gets me is the drivers seat doesn't have a tear yet from sliding out where the lumbar knob is
If you can get the guy to let it go for the right price it looks to be exactly what you've been looking for.

Think they would take 17500 if I brought a big ole stack of 100s? And how much do you think I could get for mine 06 TRD w/85000 miles?

Mine started to wear maybe 2 years in and was torn by about 5 years. I eventually took the knob off, never adjust it anyways.

It's craigslist, it may feel like a dick move but I'd start lower. Ask him any and all questions and then ask if the price is negotiable. You could work on price online or wait until you see it in person and start low say 16.5 cash in hand, then if he says no try for 17k, and so on up until he gives in or the price is more than you want to pay. With the paper waving in his face he may be more open.
