So Jamz and others this is the learning tower, or toddler tower. The dowels go through the holes on the side uprights, and the standing platform off to the side goes on top of the dowels, then you zip a couple screws through that to secure it. As he grows, you can adjust the platform down.

It comes unfinished. It was a PITA to finish. If I had more "free time," I would have designed a simpler better version mostly out of birch ply and made it myself.
