    I think crossfit would be great, I'd be interested in doing it for the cardio and pushing the limits mentally, but in reality I just dont have time. I did go to LA Fitness this Valentines day and played some 2 on 2 on their bball court and found out my endurance is shit. Luckily we won thanks to my teammate who plays every week so his cardio is better. I did get a few blocks and score the winning shot so I did fair. We did legs after that and he killed me. Lunges are great for dat ass.
