Let me preface this by saying the deal fell through on selling my old tires. Re-listed with pictures this morning and already have them sold AGAIN. Picture was of JUST THE TIRES.....NOT on the truck, NOT on wheels. Before I got the add taken down, I get a call.

Todays stupid question; "Will those fit a 5 lug truck"?

    My aneurism is returning!:annoyed:

I guess the correct answer is yes.....

They are the extended travel versions. Same part number with EXT added at the end.

Standard valving for now. Will adjust it down the road if needed or switch to adjustable during a rebuild.

So far, my favorite. Looking to own one by mid summer at the latest.

Any one know if you do this mod will it hurt the fuse or break other things in the wire harness? Or even down the line?

so you don't have to Pry any clip or anything? they pushed straight out? If so we should be able to pull them without taking dash apart. Unless you remember the clips had notched or needed to be bent to unlock. thats what i think i'm asking. Are the clips "locked" into the housing and need a screwdriver to pry them one way or the other? or is it just a tension type fit (before i go try again and destroy everything)

I put at least 20 miles on mine a day but that's just boring to talk about.

The other stuff is done to it... Because it's mine and fun to do?

My last car was a bone stock 2013 Ford Fusion SE with the EconoBoost turbo engine that I LOVED. The only thing I did to it was debadge the rear and keep it meticulously clean.

With my Tacoma, I'm having a fucking blast working on it. The added benefit is I'm learning a ton about this truck and its inner workings which is great. I never changed the oil myself on my old car... I don't think my taco will ever see the work bay of a Jiffy Lube! Yeah, I made a mess when I changed the oil but it's worth it to get intimately familiar with MY rig.

And for what it's worth, I have a bunch of friends who go wheeling and camping out here in Arizona and it's pretty amazing to get out onto the trails here and see shit you could never get to in a regular vehicle.
My next possible really significant thing I'm toying with is getting some tires for it. I've got 265/70/17 General Grabbers that came with it when I bought it but since putting on the 3" ToyTec lift, I've got my eye on Cooper Discoverer A/T3 in 285/70/17... Discount Tire has some promotional shit going on Monday so if I'm going to do it... Then it's going to happen soon!

This weekend I'm planning on finishing up my satoshi grill because my kids will be with their mom so that means no distractions...
