I'll be in glamis March 14-20. If anyone could make it out that'll be saweet. I could use some help shock tuning, I know zero about that voodoo. Lots of trips this year

My question was buried a couple pages back. Looking for an answer. When adding a triple bypass to a LT TC that already has a coil over valved pretty good how much valving should be taken out of the coil over to start? Thanks.

There's not really an exact answer, it depends on your reasoning for adding a bypass. If you say that the c/o was valved pretty good already, I assume you aren't adding a bypass due to lack of shock(c/o to soft)
I would set you c/o to be about 25% the valving in the bypass, so it has enough to help out, but not enough to interfere with tuning the bypass. Something around 10comp/8 rebound on the c/o and 15/10 on the bypass. These are just rough numbers without knowing your details

25% is a great answer to start. Thank You! These are Foxes on an FJ with 3.5 TC. It's my buddies and he got a great deal on the bypasses which is why he's adding them. He's partially "disabled" (CHP officer run over twice by a stolen 3/4 ton truck) right now so I'm doing the work.

Speaking of valving on triple bypasses......I've never adjusted bypasses in my life but I'd like to tune up what I've got.

Is there anything I can do to keep the rear end up a little more? More nitrogen, etc. ? Maybe I can find a thread on tuning triples on a rear, f67 pack.....kinda wished I bought a different pack but what was recommended based on my needs.

After having F67's and going to 50T's and reading about how bad F67's are -- lose the F67 and your issues will go away. I went from riding the bumps to 8" of up travel.

I don't even have a spare in the back and it sags lower than the front although my front is still too high. Im in the process of getting my fittings reworked to raise my collars to full extension due to my 18" coils. I have a bed toolbox full but still. Im just seeing it drop more and more.......

Yea get rid of those leafs. Not sure where you heard to get those, they are the least recommended LT pack on here pretty sure..

valving your shocks will not add lift in anyway to your truck.

Correct. All Pro makes the 50T but I am not even sure if they still make it. I had a set of the H70 Deavers and they were on my truck for about 5 years ?? and once they settled a little they never sagged at all. I loaded it full of camping stuff, 25 gallons of gas in the bed and a dirt bike and still had about 6" of uptravel left

Just for comparison, unloaded after settled in 2012

and unloaded in 2016, still the same ride height

Looks like they settled just a bit but for 4 years of abuse, held up amazing.

Be the way to go for sure.

All pro doesn't get them anymore. Supposedly engage was the only one with connects to the supplier of the 50t. But who knows if u can still get them. Don't remember Bryan Blagg's name on here but he knows what went down with the 50ts.

Do the deaver H70 or E30, talk to deaver to figure out which would work best.

I have one race take off 50ts and they are pretty good. Still I will go with one of those deaver pack listed above when the time comes.

Eye to eye they are the same. One of them is a direct replacement for a 50t the other has a little more to it for heavier or loaded down trucks. Someone tag Bryan lol
