I really like the idea of a utility bed, but I don't have enough stuff to go on the outside. Swingout will hold gas, propane, hi-lift, and traction boards. That leaves recovery gear, but I'll probably keep that inside. Maybe an ammo can mounted inside the wings of my HC bumper for grease, brake fluid, motor oil, & gear oil.

I plan on going with a setup similar to this with Frontunner Wolfpack boxes. Access to recovery gear will be easy enough. Firewood in a folding Frontrunner soft bag on the floor.



Water on the outside will freeze in winter. Can't think of enough stuff to fill those outside boxes. Outdoor kitchen in summer would be cool though. But with @Iggy 's setup, you can access them from inside or outside.

Don't get me wrong, that utility bed is cool as shit and perfect if you have a 4WC. Probably around $5k - $7k for that setup as well.
