    Where do you keep this stick when you're driving your truck if it's not inside the truck?

    10 months, 4 tires, 1,225 gallons of fuel, 22,000 miles, 55-60,000 lbs of materials/cargo hauled and not a single shifting issue. Yeah I'm going to say manual all the way.

    I like manuals also but I went to the dark side so my wife can drive it if need be. Its definitely not perfect but it is good enough to suit me.

    I think driving stick holds on to the tradition of "manly shit". like developing your own film instead of digital, reading from a book and not a kindle, and hammering a nail in with a freakin hammer. Automatics do not have that same aesthetic. They're more "hands off". However some people gonna butthurt and act like ho's talking about how they "don't need a manual to be a man"... yeah. No shit. There are tons of manly things that don't define manhood. But continue to pat yourselves on the back. Autos are boring.

    :eek::D:rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl::rofl:

    The irOny is ANY Tacoma owner claiming to be a manly man.

    Sure we spend our days bashing Ridgeline to feel good about yourselves.

    No real man who drives a good ole boy truck even thinks of Tacoma as a mans truck

    Of course we will say they are uneducated and imbecile and luddites and compensation issues blah blah

    It's ok when we belittle Ridgeline owners
    But when we are belittled for our girly men trucks we get offended

    :D

    Sometimes, when I'm not driving stick, I do other things. I took some old vintage tea kettles I found at a neighbors garage sale, turned them into massive candles. I used one wick, a giant piece of linen rope. It throws a ton of light, but indoors, can smoke up a house. I would generally say that chandlery isn't very manly, amidst all the other things I do (manual trans included). What do you do?
