    The point is don't spend extra for the SMART functionality. Besides if they don't make them smart they can spend more money on better TV components.

    Seeing the third gen section forced me to get a Ford...
    ps4 pro will do 4k streaming and gaming, but xbox one s will do 4k streaming, gaming, and 4k blu-ray. will probably be cheaper near year's end due to the ps4 crushing, new xbox coming out around the holidays.

    Yes new 4K TV! Chromecast and Firestick are quite different. Firestick has content providers built into it while chromecast needs another device(laptop or phone) to push content to it.

    and if you want to get 4k and keep up to date for a while, get something w/ HDR or the equivalent technology. not all 4k are the same.
