@Cr250jumper You're probably better off viewing the other videos posted. I can't really get any good clips. I have some, but I don't think they show the sound accurately.

There is a corrected Y pipe for the 2 cat exhaust system on this model year that I still have to order. Even then, it has a two screw flange. The connection on my truck is a 3 screw flange so some modification has to be done. I don't have a welder or any experience so at the very least I'll have to pay somebody to address that. Everything I've read says this is a pain in the ass and with any headers you always have to worry about leaks so I'll probably just see how much an install will be. If it's outrageous then I'll give it a go.

I wonder if you could heat that part up and bend it to fit. Do you have a pic of where you drilled? @herbertgerg

I'm gonna use the y pipe you told @QMEDJoe about in your build thread. I started watching that thread days ago, good info in there.:hattip:

Resourceful, nice. Too bad the corrective pipe is like $300 with the wrong flange but that's the only way. Don't forget the spring bolts and gaskets too to prevent leaking.

It was pretty much where it would line up without binding the seat tracks and stay relatively straight. Here is the measurements:tmp_11786-20170217_160128-215197483.jpg tmp_11786-20170217_1601091513503904.jpg

I understand that line-x pricing is determined by the franchise owner, but if you don't mind me asking, how much did this cost? It looks good over the bedrail too.

So you would have to drill on both driver and passenger sides?

My driver side lined up for whatever reason and I did not have to drill. The mounts are not as sturdy as I had previously thought. They could probably be massaged with heat and a BFH. I drilled the hole though because I didn't want to deform it too much. They are stamped steel, the ridges stamped in there probably lend them most of their strength.
