So I know it's a little far but a buddy of mine up at Ditto's transmission always recommends a guy just south of Arab.. I can't remember his name, but apparently he's got a great reputation.. That being said, call a couple of reputable transmission shops in that area and see if they know a guy.

That's actually not too bad of a drive. I could probably do something like that if he is reputable.

I found that the Fox, icon, and king front extended coilovers are all right at $1500.

About to spend a few more dollars at Veloce. See if I can drop to a sub 31 second lap. Still sitting at 10th for the month of February.

Love them! Only gripe I have is the fact that they are E rated. They aren't very forgiving. It was pretty funny watching the tire guys try to stretch the sidewalls around the rim too lol

yeah. these are 51lbs.that's why I'm leaning towards these. think the stt maxx in 265/70 17 were e rated. I know they weighed 55lbs so I didn't want those. ko2s in 255 were 46. figured id take an extra 5lbs and get the pros. now if only discount tire would hurry up with that damn sale. its supposed to be at the end of the month but I check their website very, very frequently just in case its early.:fingerscrossed:

Oh that's light. Mine are 61lbs. I think after they wear out I may downsize to something C-rated just until I can cut my commute down. I have to fill up ever 3x per week.

Honestly even with the E rated tires, my fuel mileage took a .5 mpg hit at the most in the city and I dare to say no hit on the highway. Even adding about 130 lbs of bumper and winch on the front didn't drop it but about another .5 mpg.
