It's great for a production vehicle. It'll do more than is required for 99% of the trucks sold.

But there's always room for improvement.

Yeah, I didn't get stuck and it took everything I threw at it. It was just bottoming out a lot. I had sliders and 250lbs of kids with me.

I've been looking at the ADS group buy. Too much for weekends?

Way too much.. but, if you can swing it.. thats some suspension with some clout!

A cheaper option might be kings, or even fox.

Come out sunday and will get you squared away ;)

I'm sort of clueless, but I know I want something better. I just replaced my wife's xreas system on her 4Runner with a set of Billies. It rides much better.

I used to be a mechanic so I can do the work and I have the tools, but I'm not certain about what I want.

    Very nice!

I'm about due for tires. Was thinking of 255/85/16s. Or should I just get some bro ko2s?

Ko2s are nice but i think there are better options. Wildpeaks, terra grapplers, ridge grapplers, dynapros. My next tire will be a nitto in c load probably. These ko2 e loads are heavy af

I've been looking at lifts myself. So many options and I cant afford it right now but I am looking forward to see @thedrewsifer 3rd gen with his new OME lift. (I think it was OME atleast)

Lots of options for tires. I've been happy with my KO2's in 265/70r17 C rated. I chose the KO2's because I was in a hurry and I could get C rated to save weight.(discount had them in stock and I wanted my new wheels on asap) I was suprised how quite they are on the road. Next time I may try something different just to experience something else like what @Silverspool listed above.

I've been really happy with my Cooper AT3's.

But I'm on pavement for 95% of my driving. I want the fuel economy/performance they offer... but they're still fine out at Big Bend, and 285/70/17.

Stitch it together. 1 piece of advice. Weld an inch at a time and let it cool before stitching the rest or a second pass. If not it will get hot and burn the rubber body mount.

Dinners will be done by the Jambo people, and last year they had a food truck out there that you could buy breakfast and lunch from and it was damn good. So saved some hassle of keeping food and bring the kitchen box with me. Will more than likely just do that again this year.

    Oh. That's a good idea.

I kinda like cooking breakfast on the d-skil though.

I love to camp cook, but if it is one less thing that I have to worry about, I am not going to worry about it at Jambo.

I may bring the kitchen as it will be easier to transport this year unlike last year, so I may bring some stuff to cook up real quick. But more than likely will just do lunch at the food truck.
