When i ordered, the website itself said they are back-ordered from the Christmas rush. Not surprised at the delay, just the lack of specifics about the delay.

im using whatever little brackets they came with. i guess i can try locktite next, but i think a support bracket or two will do the job. im gonna hit up the hardware store tomorrow and see if i can find a couple of L-brackets to take care of it.

Or im going to hit up the local guy with a plasma cutter and have him come up with an all-in-one piece that will serve as a bracket and a mount for these lights. i still love the lights, i just want them to stop making annoying sounds.

I made a bracket out of aluminum bar to support the center. I'll try to take a pic tomorrow.

I haven't noticed any issues. I've had this thing wired up this way for almost a year now, I go to the snow all the time and we are having "storms of the century" (aka some lawn furniture may get knocked over) at the moment. The wire is actually on the outside of the gutter, so it does not obstruct water run-off in any way.

i'm not that inpatient, i've been trying to contact him in those different ways for almost a month now.
i just ended up ordering anyway without the questions answered cuz i know he has a very good reputation.

    i had these questions:
    -time frame
    -is there a tw discount
-track ramp mounts for MAXTRAX like this:
    IMG_6511.jpg
-is there a hi-lift mount and if so what max size of high lift jack will fit

I could swear i replied to this one last night, but i was kinda faded, soooo...

Anyway, no drainage issues if any kind. Drove through torrential downpours, snow storms, etc. No issues. Its not really blocking the gutter. Just sitting on top if the raised rubber trim

Holy crap I'm in love! Awesome setup! Two questions for you.

Any structure issues with the RTT on the topper?
What model Thule carrier is that?

I have a CVT Mount Shasta Extended with a 7'x7' attachment room vestibule and had to drill the topper myself to install the rails because I bought it used. So far it held up 5 3-7 day camping trips, 3 people and 3 50+ lb dogs in the RTT. Its a bitch getting those dogs up there though.

Dynatrac ProRock 60 Rear Axle, that is important enough.
I need to do this as well. Mine would vibrate horribly over like 50MPH, so I took zipties and ziptied it to the bar behind the light and it stopped that completely.

    Side note:

Got the Rotopax mounted up top now.
