    We're always full. We have a overflow unit that is open when they can get staffing (not always easy).

    Most businesses do not have a definition for reasonable sick days. If you're not there, you're not there. And your attendance is dinged accordingly. Whether they admit or not, somebody is taking notes.

    All the guys in maintenance have good attendance. Working in a hospital we're not supposed to come to work sick. They can and do send people home if they are sick, and it is not excused:eek: Miss to much work and you're done:evil:
