Transferring to Florida in the next month so I had to prepare for that sun and heat. Just got this UVS100 Custom Sunscreen from Covercraft and I must say I'm pretty impressed with its fitment and construction. Sure beats those cheap foil roll up shades that crack over time.

Griots Garage sells them, too. I've had several over the years, they sure are nicer than the flimsy roll up shades and work really well. I am also looking at a move to Florida, I think I need to order one of these for my Taco!

No, its not a uhaul trailer, but I'd bet good money that a uhaul trailer of the same size would be heavier...

thats odd, supposedly suppose to handle up to 6400lbs. Should have no problem with 1/3 that weight...not good not good...

    Thats what I was saying!

The guy at Toyota Customer service seemed as blown away about this as I am.

I towed a trailer of about the same weight (maybe even a little heavier) when the truck was brand spanking new, and it handled it like a champ.

I could not get my hands on a manual at the time of purchase.

Those are some good looking tires. I've read mixed reviews on these tires. What are your thoughts on them?

    Agreed!

I was in desperate need of a truck at the time, and there were no manuals available within 800 miles to ship in, so I settled. :(

What's the point of relocating it? Just curious.

I personally like them. They're about like Duratracs as far as road noise are concerned. They are an E rated tire so they aren't very forgiving on the road, but it was funny to watch the tire guys stretch the sidewall over the wheel.
