Man, I completely fell off this. It's amazing how much I burned when I was still working, too. Since I lost my job a little over a month ago I am back up over what I had started this whole challenge at. New high weight for me now, plus I lost my gym membership when I lost the insurance I had through work. It is so freaking easy to get discouraged when even though I feel like I'm eating better and not snacking anywhere near as much, I'm gaining weight. :annoyed:

On the plus side, at least it seems like my gain has slowed and is hitting somewhat of a plateau, so at least there's that.

Try doing some bodyweight exercises, they help alot more than you think and you can do them in your living room.
Sorry to hear about you losing your job.

Been a crazy week so far, yesterday I left the house at 0300 and didn't make it back until 2100 so I haven't had time to post.

Did HIIT today, .5 mile run warmup, then 2 rounds of some push-ups, leg press, bench press, bicep curls and then punching bag.
Finished with a .25 mile run to cool down.

It kicked my butt pretty good for a 15 minute workout, fealt about the same as a 45 minute workout.

60 minutes, 3 miles uphill on treadmill. 325 calories.

30 minutes on recumbent bike, slow pace, 100 calories. (Bonus, I can mess around on my phone)

No running for me. 2 TKR's.

Off to MFP to update my data.

Ate pretty good today, no workout however I did a good bit around the house including sweeping the driveway so I'm pretty sure I didn't go over my calories.
Trainer is out of town this weekend and I don't want to bother her, and I just didn't feel motivated enough to plan a workout today (If I had planned a workout it would've been minimal) so I asked a friend of mine to draw up a workout.
    Gonna do this tomorrow.

While it's not exactly workout themed this video is great motivation, well worth the watch.

My workout today, felt pretty darn good, I'm happy with my mile time now, I just need to run longer distance and more often.

    Nice!

I put in my 3.3 miles on the tread mill uphill. 300+ calories. Had to cut it short to head off to a meeting before shift started. No one told me they were buying pizzas! Fuck! There went my workout! I was gonna run by the scales and get a reading. Not now.

Did this workout today less the stairs in the warmup because I did a 1.25 mile warmup (14:00).

I also changed the flutter kicks from 10 to 15, next I'll probably change the planks or push-ups.
The iron mikes (jump lunges) still kill me though.

Tomorrow is weigh day and I'm excited, I cheated a little earlier this week and checked the scale with a wet weight and I was happy so I'm excited to see my dry weight.

    Did my usual.

3.77 ,miles uphill on the treadmill, 5.5 miles on the recumbent bike.

I was kind of disappointed my last weigh in.

I did get an odd surprise last night. Had to go to a memorial dinner last night, so I had to dress up a bit. My usual dress slacks were uncomfortably snug the last time I wore them (2 months ago). Put those slacks on and immediately noticed that they fit much better:)

Apparently, all gains are not in weight loss.
