    3inch Toytec lift ,285/75/16 ,elocker with stock 4.30 gears ,CB ,4ft firestik ,mag lite mount ,roof basket with shovel mounted ,Ultra gauge.And other stuff.
    So on a scale of 1-10 how hard is it to replace a rear axle seal on a 3rd gen ?I just replaced my breather (recently)and I noticed it was leaking when I was under the truck doing some frame inspection today

    The rear axle seal is pretty simple, just need to seat it flat. Usually though the axle bearing and brake pads are toast as well. The bearing will require a press and not the simplest of repairs, although totally doable granted you have access and knowledge to use a press.

    Thanks ,yeah I know I have to replace brakes just hope the bearing isn't shot no access to a press, it just started leaking recently .I pull it tomorrow and take a look
