Happy Birthday to my wonder dog, Bear. 12 years old today. Best dog I've ever had. Chesapeake Bay Retriever.

 

I've been rubbing olive oil on my junk for years, they're smooth as eggs!

 

Here's some more info on what's open and closed with tentative dates if anyone is headed to the area...

Post Ranch Inn and Sierra Mar restaurant are both now closed, tentative reopening date 3/15/17.
Ventana Inn and restaurant are closed, currently they have a tentative reopening date of 2/22/17.
Nepenthe, Café Kevah, The Phoenix shop are closed, tentative reopening date 3/1/17.
Deetjen’s Big Sur Inn and Restaurant are closed. tentative reopening date 3/1/17.
Point Lobos is open but may close during storms and high surf events.
Point Sur Lighthouse is open for tours, though tours may be cancelled due to weather conditions.
Pfeiffer Beach just north of the Pfeiffer Canyon Bridge closure is closed.
Andrew Molera State Park remains closed, due to flooding.
North of the closure - The River Inn and restaurant, Fernwood and Tavern, Ripplewood, Glen Oaks and the Roadhouse are all open.
Big Sur Lodge north of the closure is open but Pfeiffer Big Sur State Park remains closed.
Highway 1 also is still closed from the south at Ragged Point (Post Mile 72.9).

 

But have they firmed up?

 

That's terrible. All too common unfortunately. My cousin was just telling me about how that still happens at his high school back home in LA too

Anyone in Santa Rosa planning on doing some snorkel install work tomorrow. If you've got a garage I've got all the beer.
