It's a small thing, but I now have some reserve fuel capacity, thanks to the Rotopax group buy.

 

went out to get some flexy shots, was only able to hit front bumps, couldn't get the rear, the ones with the rear on the ramp were still 3 or 4 inches from the bump.

So the whole tundra brake mod was not as easy as one would think. Shearing a bolt off into the spindle hub would not make it a bolt on process.....

Rotors and pads are EBC and NAPA, calipers with Wheelers lines. About $500 total

 

I always thought it was more than half that to do the whole upgrade, must be if it's all used or something

 

I think I need front brakes, stopping has become a chore as of late. Makes some wierd noises too every once and a while. Oh well time to buy pads and rotors, at least just changing those is easy.

Well I hope it goes smoothly for you! Mine aren't particularly old, but I suppose I am very harsh on them. I think this time I'll try Akebono pads and some Brembo blanks, that way I at least know I'm using quality parts. Last time I was super budgeted and used AutoZone Ceramic pads and generic AutoZone rotors. I think mine must've been contaminated by something because they got shitty within a day and they're about a year and a half old, but re bedding them didn't work and was scary because they just straight up aren't stopping well.
