    It's fruit that fucks up my innards mostly. Both natural and artificial sugars mess me up in varying degrees, so I just have to determine how much wallpaper I feel like stripping off in the john after dinner...and then I decide what I want to eat.

    I love milk and fruit, they just hurt my stomach and colon.

    Long story short: I eat anything that's in front of me, consequences be damned.
