No clue, haven't tried it or purchased it. Doesn't appear to require baking, but does take 30 days to cure completely. I was thinking of trying it on my sig p320 grip frame.

A little brake cleaner or other harsh solvent and it'll come right off, so be careful. I have a rattle-canned stock so I'm not judging, but anything I want to keep looking nice gets cerakote or Norrel's moly resin.

I got to get a few good groups with the new Ruger Precision today.

    Screenshot_20170218-112239.jpg Screenshot_20170218-112546.jpg

After sighting the Viper PST in I only have 32 moa of adjustment before I'm maxed out on elevation with a 20 moa rail. Does that sound right to anybody?

Burned through ~200 rounds of .40, 60 rounds of 9mm and 100 rounds of .22 today, did some shooting from inside the truck and then shooting from cover.
Hits have definitely improved since I started shooting every weekend and I noticed my follow up shots are slightly faster.

About 1075 yards! Hmmmm! That does seem a little low, because that puts you right in the middle of your total 65 Moa , is that a 6 x 24?

Yeah a 6-24x50. I figured I would have more travel left, especially with a 20 moa base.

My conditions are a little different because mine has 90 minutes of total travel in it. My max travel is 55 MOA puting me out to 1450.
Of course I'm converting everything because I shoot in Mills

This may seem like an obvious question, but you wouldn't happen to have 20 MOE seeken rings that are actually canceling out your 20 Moa rail do you?

I don't think so. They are just the 1.26" Seekins match rings. It didn't say anything about 20 moa in the description.

It does the job. No its not a $120 high end unit , but it will do the job. I got mine off of eBay, I have to imagine with this style, that one is not really any different than another. The one thing I'll add is make sure you oil the threads or they will gaul.

Wow buddy! you got me a little stumped on this one. Because ya, by the numbers, you would think that you should have a little more out of the scope. If your not going to shoot past a 1000 yards, then its of course fine. But damn it! I'm going to have to do some home work on this one.

Yeah I'm really wanting to push the rifle to 1500 and beyond if I get the chance. Maybe I mile just to say I did.

My zero is at 100 yards.

This is just an honest question. I don't mean anything derogatory buy it,but if you were wanting to go out to 1500 yards, why did you buy a scope with only 65 minutes of total angle? You will need approximately 59 minutes of angle in order to get out to 1500 yards as you know. Might I suggest these rings,

    http://ads.midwayusa.com/product/767945/burris-xtreme-tactical-signature-picatinny-style-rings-matte?cm_mmc=pf_ci_google-_-Optics - Scope Rings, Bases, Mounting & Accessories-_-Burris-_-767945&gclid=CJ6i4L_AnNICFVG1wAodH2cIrA

If you shop around, you can probably find them a little cheaper.

These rings are adjustable from zero, all the way to -40 minutes, and you will still probably have to use some of your vertical mill dots to achieve the rest, (in other words, you'll be fully doping your scope full ability)

P.S. remember, the more you cant, the more you have to go up to clear the rail.
