Seeing that vette makes me think you like to drive. However you stated your done with manuals. So before I made a decision, test drive the autos, some folks seem are not happy with the tranny/motor combo here.

If your not going to change things, the sport drives awesome. Corners great, smooth as butter when in the trips digits. I haven't had a chance to bang through dirt roads yet, but I have no doubt it's going to be a blast. And I love the look of the hood scoop, gives the truck such character. I hate the chrome grill though.

As for the fact your thinking about the limited, what is it that's appealing here?

    Wrong truck for that

If you want those things better go buy a Ford King ranch or Dodge larimie long horn.

Won't get the luxury you're looking for in a taco

    Good morning all...Happy Sunday...

Joe, I really don't need or want a full size any longer, if so, I am a Ford guy and would have bought an F150..and would not have got to meet all you crazies.

My reason for all this is I want to get down to 3 vehicles...The Taco will take the place of the 2005 Camry and the F250.. I like creature comforts, and if it has a bed in the back, even better..

Fact is, Toyota has six flavors of this truck to satisfy almost anyone.. Two things I had to have was auto climate and a sunroof...The cute little power rear slider is a bonus..

I thought the Limited rode smoother which made sense as the Sport is built to be stiffer..I can add much nicer leather..
Could be the Sport tires were overinflated a bit...who knows..

The only real difference is the suspension between the two...as far as cosmetics or price? non issue..the two trucks can be equipped virtually identical.

The problem with the Sport hood scoop, is that it is fake, they should make it functional. I have a Limited, bought an aftermarket hood with a real functional hood scoop, and bought color matched mirrors. Best of both worlds now. I wanted leather factory OEM seats, not covers. That is the reason I went with the Limited. I'll post pics when I get the hood painted and mounted, and the side color matched mirrors.

See, none of that matters to me...and that hickory leather is not for everyone..especially in a silver truck..

To me, it is between the two suspensions....

Well, neither of us like a marshmallow ride, both the Vette and Avalon have firm rides..

You noted shocks...see, that is helpful.... if I get the sport, a good set of shocks can work wonders..

    I'd rather have a sport.
I'd vote sport but I'm not crazy of leather interior. Especially pleather like Tacoma uses.

Just curious have you considered an off road? I test drove the sport and limited. Ride was rough and uncomfortable.
I have the off road. Very nice ride on road

The suspension in the Limited is the same as the SR5. However, the Sport suspension is nothing to write home about or cherish. You can get a much better aftermarket bolt on suspension that doesn't cost that much in the grand scheme of things. The aftermarket would be superior to the Limited and the Sport, and the OR. Upgrade it with Icon, Fox, Kings.

You fail to mention that the upgrade to those levels are not cheap. But yes they're much better
