I am currently leasing a 2017 TRD Sport, and I am interested in purchasing painted OEM fender flares for my truck. The Sport models comes with color matched fender flares and I would like to get standard black ones. Not really interested in aftermarket ones, most of them look too aggressive for my truck. I just want to find ones from a Off- Road model. I was also thinking about using plasti-dip, but I am unsure... due to the fact that last time I used it, there was small amounts of paint and such that I was not able to peel off. Does anyone know where I could find and purchase these? Also would be interested in the Off- Road front bumper piece...

Of ya want good condition oem parts for a new vehicle, try to find someone taking off parts in the for sale area, go to the dealer for oem parts, or maybe an online factory parts site.

Why didn't you guys get off roads then? So you picked the sport which key selling point over the off-road is paint matched bumpers, fenders and scoop, only to make it look like a wanna be off-road?...

Check into a wrap or Plasti-Dip to black out these parts. Inexpensive and reversible.

My goodness! Bad day at the office? I specifically bought the Sport knowing the differences from the Off-road. Doesn't mean I can't change things out at will. It's MY truck; I can do what I want.

Lmao, comes to open forum, dosent like when others comment as to why he wants to change his sport fenders to off-road...but seriously, why did you buy the sport then if you like the look of the off-road, you would have had way more features like crawl control, mts, etc.

I'm good here at work, but thanks for asking. Never said you couldn't, but doesn't make a whole lot of sense buying a sport over the off road to then swap the fenders when that's the key/main reason to pick the sport over the off road...but you do you man.

Exactly, if you liked the look of the off-road over the sport why wouldn't you go that route to begin with, especially given the content you get with it over a sport. But to each their own. I'm just a little opinionated when people try making their trucks look like other models, like sr5's with TRD badging or ORs with Pro parts and badging, etc. But again everyone's right to do whatever they want.

Yo jordan I would get a price for painting them black. Shouldn t be to pricy if you take them off truck and reinstall them. There is also aftermaket flares that are not the large ones . My truck has the bushwackers pocket style20161209_110201.jpg

He's not asking for your advice on buying a truck, he's asking for assistance to modify what he has. Not sure why you feel the need to bust his balls.

Same reason why you feel the need to comment. And wasn't busting his balls, simply asking why not buy the off-road. Sensitive much?
