    Your alignment should look like this:

    Toe: 0*
    Caster: 0*
    Camber: 2.4* to 3.1*

    Hey Chris...after I had my 3" OME lift, the local shop did my alignment and set everything here...

    Left Right
    Camber= 0.7 0.5

    Caster= 1.2 1.4

    Toe= .01 .02

    Am i going to have issues with this? The camber seems pretty far off from where you are saying it should be. Quite frankly, I trust you more so if it's going to be an issue, I'll have them reset some of it.

    Just talked with my aligment guy and he said that he didn't feel comfortable increase the caster any more as it would negatively affect the camber again. Maybe he doesn't want to change it...I don't know. This is a pretty reputable shop and I don't think these guys are lazy or lying to me. Thoughts on the impact this could have if I leave it the way it is?

    is there a big difference between 2.1 caster setting and 2.4?

    I would imagine not...but my caster is at 1.2 and 1.4...so I'm not sure if that is a huge difference or not. The truck tracks fine and there aren't any noticable issues with driving.:confused:

    is the reason to have caster lower on driver side to compensate for road crowning?

    LOL. I would definately be bothered if my truck wanted to fall off the crown TOWARD oncoming traffic. I'm at 0*Toe 0*Camber and 2.4* Caster on both sides so my truck drives straight on level surfaces. If I'm on a road with enough crown to necessitate different alignment specs I will drive to correct it. Although, I'm going to try a little more caster (2.6*) to dial in my return to center and a bit of camber as my tires seem to wear more on the outside than on the inside.

    I've got 5100s all around and they are set at 1.75 in front. My alignment numbers look like yours and after two alignments, the shop is telling me that they got it as near Camber 0, Toe 0, Caster 2.1 2.4 as possible. But my caster is still around your 1.2 and 1.4.

    Here are my numbers:
    Toe: .05 .03
    Camber: .7 .4
    Caster: 1.5 1.8

    Any thoughts? Anybody?

    So there are no experts who have suggestions? Does anyone know for a fact that with stock UCAs and 1.75 set on 5100s these ideal numbers posted are possible?

    Does anyone know what the alignment specs would be with a 6" Fabtech lift kit? I was told that it would follow the factory specs since its DB...?

    Not possible, to get ideal specs with that lift install a set of Light Racing UCAs and it'll be good after a fresh alignment.

    Gotcha. So .85 is the highest possible setting that is still able to get the proper alignment specifications, without UCA replacement that is?

    If the truck is no longer wandering, besides uneven wear, any other side effects?

    It's not wandering anymore, I'm not sure what the first set of alignment numbers were, but whatever they were, the truck wandered after the 1.75" up front. I just concerned with the amount of camber.

    So this is the word? It's not possible to get Toe 0, Camber 0, Caster 2.1 or more with stock UCAs when 5100s set at 1.75 in front?

    Toe can almost always be set close to 0 unless there is suspension/ steering component damage. Camber at 0 and caster at 2.1 or better is pretty much not possible at 1.75 lift with stock UCAs. Alignment can be correctly adjusted and considered "in spec" at 1.75 with stock UCAs but cannot be adjusted to "ideal" settings. This doesn't mean the truck will wander (mine doesn't with stock UCAs at that lift height except on roads with a very pronounced crown) but you may achieve a significant performance increase in cornering ability and steering wheel return to center with aftermarket UCAs and "ideal" alignment specs.
