Don't let the haters get you down

Your truck is better than theirs

They are just jealous they aren't as rich as you

for anyone wanting the PREMIUM opticoat service, i will happily sell you a 5200 opticoat premium package. it's just like the other opticoat packages but it's better because it costs more.

PM me to get that set up.

don't know which opticoat he did the first time, second time he did the gloss-it evo quartz which is supposed to be even harder

I did nano coating, ceramic pro on my 15 and 16, the verdict is still out if these are really any better than paint correction followed up with a good sealant/wax. Nano coating is a HUGE profit maker for detailers so they are all on board/pushing it.

i was happy with the first opticoat, it beaded up and stayed clean (black truck, pain in the ass). it was my fault for messing it up offroading. after the last one it put it in storage right away so i'll have to see how it goes this spring. my detailer is a personal friend of mine, and his shop specializes in exotic cars. i just do whatever he tells me to haha

Maybe the snake was the guy that talked you into this nonsense. Lets take the Pepsi Challenge in a few years.................you leave your overpriced WAX on and do nothing, I will wax my car every few months like someone suggested and I guarantee my truck will look better. AND I deal with a lot worse weather that you. Lets revisit this in a few years if we are able.........guy, sorry girl is on second opticoat, great stuff man theres proof it works great LOL.

i'm on my second one because i offroad my truck and had to get all of the scratches buffed out, which buffed off the opticoat. it's had a ceramic clear coat on it since purchased new, the truck looks brand new still, and i live in new england. i also offroad it every other weekend. i believe you are confusing opticoat and similar products with dealer gaff wax, which is just a wax job that comes with a warranty. these are completely different products

here's my truck a few months after i bought it. the truck has never been waxed, you can see it was still beading off the water. it was still beading off just fine after the first 18 months, but like i said @imjdoggie i needed to get the pinstripes buffed out

opticoat is an actual ceramic clear coat that cures to the car, not a wax. it doesn't replace regular cleaning maintenance, however it does keep the car cleaner longer and eliminates the need for wax. it also helps protect against scratching. however when you take your black truck down atv trails.....it's nothing you can do about that

I'd like to see the spidering / swirl marks up close... My brother has a few month old black tacoma. Looks great in photos but up close you can see the micro scratches everywhere... He waxes every 2-3 months

For the people reading this that want to keep their car in great condition, don't listen to these haters who aren't paint professionals and haven't done any research.

There are a lot of scammy products out there that are high margin and don't do what they claim to do - but do your own research on real ceramic sealants. There's enough information out there.

I almost paid for the dealership crap, did my research, realized it was a scam, and then found this solution...

Innovation in the paint care industry. Kind've like a smartphone vs a pager ;)
