Just need to find a place to tap into the signal on the passenger side and then mirror install is done.

 

You got this right? Both mirrors are tapped in the wiring harness on the drivers side behind the kick panel

Mine only shake when I'm in D at a light. They work really good while driving! Have you noticed that the power function still works correctly whether they are in the down (travel) or up (tow) positions. Up still works as up, down is still down even though they were tilted up from the corners

 

My Cadillac used to eat antifreeze because of a bad gasket. But the leak was slow enough that the only sign was a lack of heat from the blower after a while.

 

Those are great, I really need to get a set of them, they are on the short list.

 

I happen to know a guy who can get them for you

 

My truck does take a while to heat up the cab? Related?

When my Caddy was low on coolant (but not low enough to set off the idiot light), the engine could reach normal operating temp, and still not have heat for the cabin.

 

Guys....long time no talk. I think I'm about to take advantage of SOS's 20% off sale and buy an aluminum bumper with full hoops. Do you think it's worth it to pay the extra $300 to get it powder coated (powder coat is not included in the 20% off). Or should I get it color matched MGM??????????

 

Powdercoat it black.

If it's MGM, you don't know how good the match will be (unless you paint it) and then you'll be worried about scratches. It's much easier to touch up basic black.

That's up to you. If your going to wheel it I would say rattle can it if your going to baby it do what you want

 

Thanks for the input guys. I'll have to think a little more about it. I do plan on wheeling it though but it is my daily driver so nothing too crazy of course.

 

I didn't notice, that's pretty trick! Mine definitely shake stopped at a light, and then any time the road bumpy and not bad if it's smooth.
