We're at 25 and I've never even tried to understand. I just take the ass chewings and whatever else comes with it and move out smartly. It's way easier.

I go thru a LG bottle of Tylenol extra strength 500mg about every month . I take anywhere from 8-10 caplets in a 12 hr time period

This is the only way I can move around without pain and stiffness

I also go thru 1-2 tubes of Icy Hot creme per month just so I can keep some heat in my worn out joints

Quite the opposite, these are people that pushed their bodies far beyond what us normal people would do. I have aches and pains but only what I have earned over the years. I just completed a 7 mile 3500 elevation gain backpack...45 lb pack one way. Up and back was tough for me but I made it. No I have nothing to complain about. And if you take care of yourself, neither will you :)

    Sort of.
I got patched up 3 times in the last 9 years, most recently 2 months ago when I got my back fixed.
Most injuries due to 34 years of wear and tear from a physical job that I had no business doing in my mid-50's.
I switched jobs within my company a few months back, so my "heavy lifting " gig is done with.
Actually feel pretty good right now without any major dilemmas going on.
