When I was looking to do a locker on my 1st gen I looked into swapping in an e-locker. IMO it would have been a pain to find a good working axle, solenoid, and the wiring harness.

At the time ARB was having a 'buy a locker get a free compressor' deal. From my research it was $200 more for the ARB which was all new parts and probably stronger than an e-locker.

I removed the 3rd member and had someone install the ARB then reinstalled it and installed the compressor.

Installed the new looky-loo device today. With it having a 34mm tube it's looks JiNorMas :)
    Sighting it in tomorrow.

Ok i need some input from you Arizona boys . SLIDER'S kick out or straight ? I will be moving to Flagstaff in about 2yrs for retirement and i plan on alot wheeling through out Arizona. So what would be my best option when it comes to the kick out or straight slider. Never had sliders before , i had the old school smittybilt nerf bars that always would get trashed. I am working on outfitting my truck now while i am still working and i think sliders are next on my list. So any input would be helpful. Thanks oh by the way i have 16 Sport DCSB AT 4X4. Mobtown full set steal skids, Southern style offroad slimline bumper both just purchased on group buys.

If you are the same person, I gave my input already. Hope that it helped.

Also, mall crawlers need not reply to his post. You are null and void in your opinon.

Welp. Was filling up my tank 150 miles from home when the hose to the nozzle split wide open soaking me and spraying my truck. Ugh.
