    Umm i... Know a guy that used to make wine and then started makin brandy out of half his batches. Muscatine apple almost exclusively. Not too hot somewhere around 30-35%. Fine to sip, pefect in a bloody Mary. He hasnt made any if a few years of wine or shine tho.
