Thanks for the offer. It's for my work truck, so I need to keep the stock wheels. My boss gave me the approval to go get new tires, but I'm trying to save him some money. Gotta keep my department's overhead low...

Basically looking for some street tires for mileage. Had BFG Long Trails on the Dakota and they were awesome on the street. Empty bed, small truck, open diff... and a V8. With the last set, it was a one tire fire on every wet onramp. With the bfg's, I had trouble getting them to break loose in the rain. Had to try really hard.

Thanks, but I need something totally plain. Current tires are 265/65/17's, so I'm just going a tiny bit bigger. Not going to CMC the work truck for 285's...

I have some brand new Dueler 265/70/17s on the Runner. @Overlanerd 200 miles, still have all the rubber nubs on the tread.

I have no other tires, and probably not cost effective to do so, but if there's a cheap way to get @Bentrodder's off his wheels and onto mine, and it makes financial sense, I'll sell them to you.

Can't imagine it makes sense to do it, but hey.

Don't really want to split them at this point. Hoping to get around $400 for the tires and wheels.

    Sounds perfect!

@jqueener wants the wheels, @DCSBFTMFW wants the tires... looks like it could work out :notsure:

Tire shop charges about $20/ wheel to mount and balance. I could drive up there, load the wheels/ tires in the Tundra, meet at tire shop and make the swap. Then figure out how to TW express them to Jason. I work and live along the 680 corridor, so people going to Tahoe pass right by...

    Might.

Not sure what load the tires are yet. If they're C rated then I might be able to get on with it.

If D or E I'll not be as interested in the tires on the Runner since its a daily freeway queen.
