Thanks! I went with the stock 265/70-R16 size. I've put them to work and they've done great so far. Especially in the snow!

This is what I did for my 4R. Camelback Toyota? had the cheapest prices and free shipping. I also just reused the stock airfilter. The 4R TRD lower airbox has a significantly larger intake hole than the stock one, along with larger ducting all the way to the throttle body. Looks like the Taco intake isn't as much of a change. Do the Taco TRD instakes have the spot for the filter minders?

You need the TRD air filter too. I bought my parts individually as well

One hour drive to dealer to have the 5000 mile checkup and the T-SB-0077-16 Rev1 done. Plus I get Check brakes/abs warning on dash when I start the truck and it's below 50 degrees out. Last time I told them about the brake/abs light coming on they didn't do anything about it, got the "can't duplicate" response from them.

Cool. Was there any additional difficulty of install buying the parts yourself?

Just got the first part of my @Mobtown Offroad order in!

Looking forward to installing it all. This steel front IFS plate is heavy! Should I be concerned about more weight dropping the nose? I can always crank up the Icons a little to compensate, but was going to wait until I got the 700# springs and front bumper on...

^ got the same skid... super beefy and awesome quality. I ended up changing my fox springs out with heavier kings.

Hmm, good to know. I'm planning on switching to the heavier springs anyway, so I may wait a bit to put the skidplate on.

hmm, hard to say. I can say that the winch and winch mount dropped my nose a bit, but as you know, the 700's solved that. Roughly, how much does the skid plate weigh?

    Nice purchase BTW!

Mobtown's website says 65 lbs for the steel, which is what I have. I know I'll have to upgrade when I get the bumper and winch, so I may just wait and install it all at the same time. This also means that my sliders and rear bumper should be on their way!

What should I paint the skid plate? I was thinking either black or some sort of accent color to match the shocks or something.

If it were me, I would just go black. Since I went with an aluminum skid, I just left it raw but "may" powder coat it satin black at some point. Doubtful though...
