Hankook DynaPro ATM RF10

Has anyone had experience with these tires in the 265x75 R16 size on a stock suspended (with tsb) Tacoma? I am thinking about getting them but i want to make sure they will work without rubbing. Also, how much will it effect gas mileage?

 

Yup. 265x75R16 BFG ATs on mine. No rubbing at full lock either way I turn the wheel. You're good.

so u just wanted to no about rubbing with that size??not how they wear,work on wet/dry/mud/snow???

 

well im sure they work better than my stock dunlops, so no that isnt really an issue with me. but since u obviously have them, how good do they work?

 

I have them. TSB in the rear. No rubbing anywhere. They are a light tire and so far they have not affected my gas milage. Little to no road noise.

 

Very happy with mine so far. No complaints.

 

Pushing 1000 miles on mine. Great tire, balances well, smooth, quiet and great traction. My truck is stock and I went with the P265/75-16 as well. These tires seem to run just a bit taller than most of the others and under just the right circumstances the fronts will just touch the "high" spot on the front mud-flaps. No biggie, gonna pull the flaps, never liked them anyway.

 

I just bought a set of the Hankook A/Ts about a month ago in the 265/75/16 and their great! The pice is awesome at DT and they do great in the rocks (not rock crawling) and sand out here in AZ. I've driven in the rain with em once and the did fine...plenty of traction. (oh, and I have a 3" lift)

 

over all,im very happy with this tire.they do not however work well in 30"+ of snow.if i only had the camera that day.but i would buy them again.hope that helps ya.

 

I just ordered mine for my 2010 DC TRD Sport. P265 70r 17. I'll let you know how they are. Look cool. I think they'll be ok with gas mileage too, as they're only about 2 lbs heavier than the stock tires that are coming off (assuming you get the P and not LT).

 

Good tire; excellent street mannerisms, good in the desert, not so good in the mud (hence A/T)
Better street behavior than Nitto TG's, not as good as BFG A/T in deep sand but still better street character. Hankook designed the tire tread narrower than comparative brands but the side walls are just as wide.
Honestly you're not going to go wrong w/ NITTO, HANKOOK, BFG, Bridgestone REVO's, and KUMO for generalized off road use and 90% street use.

265 will not rub. Mine are in 285 w/ 2.5" lift, some have fitted 285's with no lift and minor rubbing that can be trimmed w/ a razor blade. Tire rub is mostly attributed to caster angles wheel backspacing and offset.

 

Just got mine a couple days ago. 265/75-16 in standard load. They're a great looking tire that look even better in person. My suspension is stock and they fill out the wheel well really good. I got mine at a local tire shop for $131. For that price range, they're definitely one of the best tires out there.

Just curious, what pressure is everyone else running?

 

mine were put at 80psi from the tire shop i got them at i got the lt265/75/16

 

Isn't 80 psi way too much?

 

I've had mine for over 10k miles and the wear is good no rubbing I like them alot more the my bfg all terrains b4 its a tire i would definitely say you should get.

 

I'm running P265/75/16 and love em'. Snow, mud, anything you throw at it.

 

I just picked up a set today from Discount Tire .. P265/75/16. I've only driven about 15 miles on them so far but they ride very smooth and are quiet. They also look very nice .. much better than the Rugged Trails!
