    okay, so i got mine on.

    mounted it flush at first, but the look didn't thrill me. so i satoshi'd the grillcraft, and it looks much better!!

    It has arrived - unfortunately install will have to wait a week or so till I get my new grille surround but that's ok - can't wait to see everyones pics!! POST EM!

    Need to post pics but I put mine on the other day. Still thinking about getting the color-matched grill surround but for now it looks good. Still need to do the vinyl on the valence and lamin-x.

    Will post pics when all three are done.

    Mine took about 2 weeks but finally got it today! Check your FedEx tracking # regularly ~ I was waiting for email notification but never got it, then realized it had been in transit for several days...

    On a related note ~ what kind of Dremmel or similar tool do you all recommend for the cutting work?

    if you use a reciprocating saw, that'll work best. otherwise a cutting wheel works too :)

    Thanks ~ would that be a small one? I only have a sawsall! Was thinking of getting a Dremel anyway, so the small cutting wheel would work too?

    ^^you got it. use the sawzall for the big cuts (the cross bars) then the dremel with a cutting wheel for the finish. :)

    Grillecraft grill w/ TRD badge, Bilstein 5100s on all 4 corners set at 2.5" and Toytec AAL in the rear. 285/75-17 Interco TRXUS M/T
    i just used a thin hacksaw blade wrapped in a towel to get the bulk out of the way then use my dremmel for the clean up. worked good and still only toom me about 30 minutes to complete

    got mine today in the mail, spray painted the area behind the grille with hi-temp black paint and installed my grille. looks awesome!! For cutting the grille out i used a sawzall for the bigger bars and a dremel to finished it off:quickdraw:
