time to get my crap together for tomorrow! rain in the forecast too. yay freaking mudhole tomorrow!

 

could have been better could have been worse. I stayed home laying around all day which drives me nuts but I needed to do it

Ok, call me thick, but the only problem I see is they allowed people to actually populate areas that were originally designed for run off and out flow. The dams were built to hold back water and create a reservoir...a reserve of water to use during lean times when it does not rain. They were also built with redundant safeguards. That's what everyone has been using all these years of drought. And, in someone's infinite wisdom, during all those lean years, some f'kn morons thought a low laying area next to a reservoir would be a good place to settle and some bigger f'kn morons actually agreed and condoned the idea. I'm really sorry, and may sound heartless, but those who made those decisions should be made to suffer. Move the women, children and domestic animals, and tie those morons to the dam pinnings.

Got some very strange looking storm clouds over my area . not sure what they're but looks like rolling ocean swell with cotton candy appearance . No rain as of yet but looks like it might dump soon

Just got back from my local off road store looking at front/rear bumpers and newer style nerf bar steps

 

That's what the storm looked like across the desert yesterday. I couldn't see it this morning though.

 

I think that's the news report of the emergency spillway problem a week or so ago .watching my local news nothing being mentioned

 

Can't find any info on this type of clouds but looks like a lot of instability

 

Idk what your looking for or what you want. I am absolutely no expert here but I will say I love the SOS concepts aluminum front bumper I got. It's built well and light and will never rust

 

A couple years ago a wicked storm like that happened in the Imperial Valley, just west of El Centro. It was pretty crazy. I've never seen anything like it beforeand have no clue what it's called other than it was surreal.

 

Just pre runner front / rear bumpers in not into the big plate bumpers

 

That's kinda what I like it's not big or bulky like alot of plate bumper it's more streamlined but not like a prerunner I guess

Evening yall. Been busy around the house. Hope everyone is doing alright.

On the Tacoma front, my skid plates should be in tomorrow, my Pelfreybilt aluminum front bumper is now ordered, and my rims for the teardrop are sanded and ready to paint (TRD beadlocks - they're bronze so I need to paint them Gunmetal Gray to match the Baja wheels)

 

sounds like things are coming rt along I still haven't had any luck with skids
