    This is my formal thread asking to have a leave of absence tonight to attend clam night.

    Date: 2/18/10

    Time: 6:30pm-9:45pm (Burn Notice comes on at 10)


    I will also need Saturday off as a personal day to have dinner and see a movie with a cute nurse.

    Date: 2/20/10

    Time: 4:00pm- 1:00am or later.
